We have had a wild but good summer here on the farm! Lots of learning and improvements. And beautiful additions that I haven’t had time to post about but they are coming!
Yesterday was a big day for the LunaLink Fam! With so much excitement, we announce that our very own LunaLink Sunny Day won Junior Reserve Grand Champion under Travis Cockburn at Dixie Delight in Fayette, AL.
This feels like a huge accomplishment because we haven’t been at this long, but with the help of amazing friends we have made some big strides in the last year. Speaking of amazing friends… we couldn’t have done it without my BFF Reagan Farmer with Double F Dairy Goats! I haven’t really done shows and felt a good bit of anxiety about it, but she went out and made Sunny look her best! Thank you Reagan for your help and faith in our little herd!
Though we aren’t attending many shows, we are continually finding ways to improve our herd. It’s important that we do our best in milking and breeding so that we have all around healthy and happy goats making healthy and happy customers!
