Whiskey City Grill Daily Update. Sunday Edition ha ha.

Since this was an unplanned Sunday off (don’t ask) the team and I spent some good old QT (quality time) driving down to Muscle Shoals to pick up our new (to us) oven and proofer.

Now I have a chance to start my own Burger Joint at a prime location in Shelbyville…but I need your help.

Aloha OGs, Plank Owners, and Bad Asses that are the early followers of the TIKI DAWG Food Truck. I just wanted to send you all an update on the 411. Hoping for late next week.

Right now we are wading through the Man's red tape and getting the cart legal to work. Sucks but, its the law. But in a better note, we think we have the initial menu ready, and will be sharing it very soon.

We are also thinking we will do a GoFundMe to help with the start up costs, which are far far more than one would expect. What would you like to see as tier based incentives? Think Fun. OK guys, speak to you soon and mahalo for supporting us. Chef Christopher.
