How many quarts of pickles do you think we’ll get from 35 pounds of cucumbers? 🥒🫙

We took a little leap today and purchased a half bushel of cucumbers from a local farm (Yarnicks Farm) to make MORE pickles! We’ve been eating them and giving them away like crazy, so we figured it was time to stock up.

Now it’s time for a BIG pickling day! I’ll let you know how many quarts we end up with!
