Ok my Facebook friends, just a short message from your favorite chef 😊😊😊👨🏿‍🍳
Through my travels in life, I’ve found one thing to be true, is that anything you put into your body and mind and flourish and nurture it, that is exactly what’s going to come out of you. So make sure you digest a lot of love, happiness, thoughtfulness, caring and love towards yourself and other people and your life will be filled with an abundance of appreciation-gratitude, respect, worthiness, and even more love from others than you could ever imagine. So don’t be afraid to let the world know the good that’s in you, inject the goodness into others in your light will shine bright forever.

OK my Facebook friends, no work today, so do you know what I did? I decided to make a quick dinner for myself and family. I made roasted chicken, vegetable soup, topped with cilantro and shredded Parmesan cheese 🧀 and also a nice herb crusted sliced chicken breast over a nice cold green salad topped with sliced avocados and a zesty vinaigrette dressing. Yum Yum😊😊😊😊😊👨🏿‍🍳
