It’s been a YEAR of Dixie’s! 12 months full of orders from you all who have supported me from the start. Thank you SO MUCH!

With that being said - I feel that even the small menu has distracted me from my family more than I want it to so I am going to “close up shop” on monthly orders. Props to all of you full time bakers! 😅 You may see me again in the future. For the month of July my full menu will be open for orders for the last time. Orders will close July 7. Thank you all again! Please let me know if you have any questions! 🪻💙

Over the weekend we had the joy of participating in a memorial golf outing for Dixie that was put on by his closest friends. It was so nice to still see the support and love everyone has for him and our family! 🫶

Good morning and happy Monday! We are finishing up orders this morning 😍

I had a customer reach out and I thought I would post here. He noticed a little dark spot on one of his English muffins. I “bake” them on our blackstone and with the cold and windy days it has been hard to make sure I’m cooking them without burning them. The dark or grey spot is due to the insides being a little underdone and then exposed to oxygenation while they cool before wrapping. They taste the same and are safe to eat but please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! If there is ever a sour smell or more of a fuzzy mold appearance that is not safe to eat! Preservatives like room temps, but fresh and simple ingredients do not 😉
