Over the weekend we had the joy of participating in a memorial golf outing for Dixie that was put on by his closest friends. It was so nice to still see the support and love everyone has for him and our family! 🫶

Good morning and happy Monday! We are finishing up orders this morning 😍

I had a customer reach out and I thought I would post here. He noticed a little dark spot on one of his English muffins. I “bake” them on our blackstone and with the cold and windy days it has been hard to make sure I’m cooking them without burning them. The dark or grey spot is due to the insides being a little underdone and then exposed to oxygenation while they cool before wrapping. They taste the same and are safe to eat but please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! If there is ever a sour smell or more of a fuzzy mold appearance that is not safe to eat! Preservatives like room temps, but fresh and simple ingredients do not 😉

That’s a wrap on 2025! 🎉

I cannot thank you all enough for the continued support over these past 6 months. It’s meant the world to me! I started this in hopes of providing clean, simple ingredients to families and you all have allowed me to do just that. 💙

Starting the New Year, my menu will drastically decrease to only offer Fresh Milled English Muffins, Fresh Milled Honey Wheat bread and frozen waffles. I LOVE that you all love the snacks and I hope as my schedule opens up in the summer I will be able to bring those back for you.

The other change that I made in November/December and will continue in January is that orders will open on the 1st of every month and will close the 7th of every month.
