We are setup and ready to go at the Halletsville Market Days outside under the pavilion.

We have taken the last couple.months to prepare for a busy second half of the year we have planned. Some of the new additions you may not have tried yet include our fermented BBQ....I mean BP-Q sauce.

For those who cannot find a hot sauce hot enough for them we also created our Bear sauce. Made with Carolina reapers this sauce is as hot as we think we can go and still have good flavor.

We also revisited our popular Mama's Margarita sauce and must say we are very pleased with the new fresh citrus flavors, slightly salty, and brighter version

Come see us and try all of our delicious sauces before you by to find your favorite.

With Schulenburg Sausagefest – I just got recognized as one of their top fans! 🎉

For all you pickle seasoning lovers, after the 2026 Schulenburg Sausagefest today, we came home and used Dill Dust on some hot sandwiches. We mixed it with a little softened butter and coated top and bottom of the bread and cooked. Oh man is it delicious. ENJOY.

Thank you to everyone who supported us today and at previous events. It means a lot to our family.
