This is our monthly Sunset Rotary Group Catering and is usually one of my favorites to make since the menu is always changing!

1 Whole Brisket
1 half pan Southern Fried Cabbage

We got an awesome opportunity to serve a crew of 80 that is shooting a movie over the next few weeks and the best part is...its being filmed right here in Simi Valley!

Their order consisted of:

20 8oz portions of Lemon Butter Cajun Salmon

30lbs BBQ Chicken Breast

5 BBQ tofu steaks (vegan)

Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Mac and Cheese

Cajun Fried Rice
