If I was a starving stray kitty born on the streets of downtown Corpus, I might run into the farmers market looking for food, and hope that I end up going home with this farmer even though I'm a little wild at heart.

I eat all I can, maybe even gaining some extra weight, I dont know, who's judging? I made friends, sort of....and even got my own bed.

This farm seems alright, I put up with the farmer petting me and calling me Xena. They say I'm some sort of warrior princess,or something like that. I don't pay them much mind, unless it's dinner time.

As fig season slows down, I take a look at the several varieties my trees produced this year and feel blessedπŸ™ It was a strong season and I'm looking forward to making perserves with all the extra figs I froze.

In my opinion, figs are one of the easiest trees you can grow here. Over 850 species exist all over the world growing in different climates, each one giving you a different flavor or appearance.

We love figs so much we included them on our logoβ€οΈπŸ’œβ€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’›

We may be one of the only farms growing, harvesting, and producing our own hibiscus wine.

Hibiscus is incredibly finicky and notoriously difficult to ferment, but the final result makes every challenge worthwhile.

This beautiful wine pours a vibrant ruby red with aromas of tart cranberry, pomegranate, and wild berries. It offers bright acidity, a smooth finish, and just a hint of delicate floral notes.

At 13.5% ABV, this is a wine we're truly proud of.

Every bottle has been set aside for the generous supporters who help make our rainwater catchment pond a reality. When the project is complete, we'll celebrate together at our special "Sip and See the Pond"

Will we be raising a glass with you?
