Growing up helping her mom in the kitchen, she developed a true passion for cooking & baking. During her 4 years of high school at Niles North, she participated in all of the cooking classes she could. Her last 2 years she participated in the FCCLA state & regionals competition, scoring 2nd place both times for cooking X, Y, and Z

e decorating class at Kendall College in Chicago, receiving certificates from each class. Nikki's first job was working as a Froster at Nothing Bundt Cakes and continued her creative designs with her Franchisee owner. This truly helped her start her career in becoming a cake decorator. Currently, Nikki is working as a cake decorator at Jewel Bakery, continuing her skill development and honing in on providing outstanding custom cakes for all customers. Currently, Nikki is doing all of her cakes in her home and is happy to custom create a cake to whatever your needs may be. Whether it’s the motorcycle cake for your husband’s 60th birthday, an elegant 25th wedding anniversary cake, or a beautiful princess cake for your daughter’s birthday party, I can't wait to hear from you soon and begin baking the cake of your dreams!
