Today, we’re serving customers across the Lehigh Valley, catering family gatherings, community events, corporate functions, festivals, and creating award-winning sauces that make every meal lip smacking.

Every menu item, every bottle of sauce, every catering tray, and every event is built on one thing: PASSION.

As Chef Anthony Rowe, “The Sauce Boss,” my goal has never been to simply sell food. My goal is to create an unforgettable experience where every customer feels appreciated, every plate is packed with flavor, and every event is treated like it’s our own family celebration.
