Hey sweets! I’ve got the baking itch again 🍪✨
Unfortunately, summer markets may not work out this year…so naturally my brain said, “Fine. We ride at dawn with a pop-up instead.” 😂

Now I need your help deciding WHERE to bring the goodies!

Requirements for the perfect spot:
✔ enough parking
✔ enough hungry people to justify the amount of butter I’m about to use

If we can agree on a location, I’ll post dates and times soon! Weekend pop-ups only…because baking all night and functioning like a normal human during the week is apparently frowned upon. We may be one gust of Texas wind away from becoming an airborne bakery, but let’s do this thing! 😅

So tell me, friends — where should I set up shop?!

Hi there, I'm Tiffany, the head baker and owner of Sweet Confections, a cottage bakery based in Slaton. I do a bit of everything baked goods, minus sourdough - but if you're craving that tangy taste, I know a gal who can hook you up. After a short holiday hiatus and juggling a new main gig, I'm back and ready to get this baking party started. Check out some of my goodies below - keep in mind, that's just a starting point. Tonight marked the end of our youth meeting for the school year, and let's be real, the kids voted with their stomachs for nachos, homemade ice cream, and cookies - mini chocolate chip ones and white chocolate chip strawberry cheesecake cookies were the real MVPs! I've got leftover strawberry cookie dough, so if you're feeling lucky, I can hook you up with a dozen - these babies are soft, moist, cake-like, and bursting with flavor, and if cookies aren't your thing, I can whip up something else, just let me know!

Happy Sunday, all you Sweets!! So sorry I've been MIA, but this girl's dance card has been ridiculously full! As the weather decides to adult, farmer's markets are making a glorious comeback! Unfortunately, I won't be crashing the Slaton Farmers Market Downtown party on the 26th, but don't let that stop you from shopping 'til you drop with all the other awesome vendors!!

I'm aiming to get back to the market starting next month, so what's the haps - want me to bring back the classics or try something entirely new? Drop your genius suggestions in the comments!!
