Easter is coming up! I love Easter time because I get to make my grandma’s awesome carrot cake recipe every year! Since it is so great I decided to let you all try it, and I will be making carrot cake cupcakes as well as regular carrot cakes. I am also making Easter themed cupcakes with vanilla buttercream and some fun Easter candies to top them! Taking orders now! Pick ups will be in Smithtown on Saturday, April 3.

Since St. Patrick’s Day is coming up fast, I have just added two cupcakes to my list of treats! The first is a choice vanilla or chocolate cake with green and white swirled vanilla buttercream. For the parents, St. Patty’s Day isn’t complete without some irish cream, so I made a chocolate cupcake with a boozy Bailey’s frosting! I am taking orders starting now so be sure to get yours in! Worked on some new cupcakes today, and these are the result! The rose cupcakes are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, and the sunflowers are chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream.
