We missed "National Brisket Day" yesterday! We will mark our calendar for next year so maybe we can celebrate together!

It's time to reserve your Flower Arrangement for Mother's Day!

Patience is artfully creating bouquets of her home-grown wildflowers and roses to be picked up fresh on Mother's Day weekend.

If you really want mom to feel special, grab her some of Patience's homemade vanilla as well!

Three arrangement sizes are available:

Medium (10" tall x 6" wide): $10ea
Large (14" tall x 9" wide): $17ea
Extra Large (22" tall x 12" wide): $40ea

8oz Vanilla: $25ea

Happy New Year Y'all!

Just wanted to say "Hello" to let everyone know we are still here and even making use of some quiet days indoors to play with potential menu items for the future!

We love searching the country's creative cuisine for inspiration, bringing those foreign ideas home with a Southern spin, and of course, breathing life into them over a REAL WOOD FIRE!

Stay warm and keep an eye out for us. Who knows where/when you may see us next?

Friday night at the Smithville PTO Harvest Carnival was a total blast with y'all! Hopefully everyone got to eat since we didn't sell-out until right before closing.

We do still have a few of Sarah and Patience's awesome PUMPKIN ROLLS in the freezer for $25 each. Call or txt her at 580-306-0952 if you're ready for another! (P.S. They will stay fresh in the freezer until Thanksgiving or longer!)

Our T-Shirts arrived just in time for the Smithville PTO Harvest Carnival tonight! We will have a very limited quantity on sale tonight for $25ea.

As always, we've been feeding our fire with red oak and cherry since 3:30 this morning and we're prepping all fresh ingredients for your enjoyment.

Smoked Pork Tacos with Sarah's famous Home-Made Pumpkin Rolls for dessert!

That's right folks, come see us at the Smithville PTO Harvest Carnival this Friday starting at 5pm for some killer smoked meat and pumpkin rolls whole or by the slice! Hang out for the evening or get 'em to-go! (Stash a pumpkin roll in your freezer for Thanksgiving while you're at it)

We just want to say Thank You so much to all who have come out to support us through our market tests and enjoy some of the quality food we are so proud of!

You've seen how much manpower it takes and we want to especially thank our friends and family who helped make this happen behind the scenes!

We are now evaluating the statistics we have recorded, and feedback we've received on the surveys and in-person.

Our dream in this is to be blessing and provide a desired service to the community while showing enough profit on our side to be worthwhile. If we believe we can check all of those boxes, you will hear from us again in the near future!

We're about 2hrs from opening!
The stage is set up, the garden has been picked and salsa is in the works. Even the meat is on time!

***This week to celebrate our last market test we're going to serve your choice of Smoked Tacos OR Nachos while supplies last!***

For those who don't know:

-Our Nachos boast a generous portion of tortilla chips smothered in gourmet white queso and topped with our smoked pork, crunchy slaw, cilantro, a lime wedge, and homemade salsa.

-The Taco Plate includes 3 hot flour tortillas stuffed with juicy smoked pork, cabbage slaw, fresh cilantro, chopped onion, a lime wedge and our house chimichurri sauce. We compliment this feast with a bag of potato chips on the side.

Grab a plate to-go or visit at a table in the shade.

We will serve from 5:00 until 8:00 or we run out!

$12 per plate including an ice-cold canned drink. CASH ONLY

***Look for flags on the highway and a tent up near our house!***
