Tonight we’re cracking two stunners, and they don’t come around often:

Elijah Craig 15 Year Single Barrel — Heaven Hill’s first-ever 15-year single barrel, bottled at 108 proof. Dark fruit and fig on the nose, then roasted nuts, toasted oak and a crème brûlée finish with ginger and clove. A brand-new release and a genuine bucket-list bourbon.

Bruichladdich Distillery Yellow Submarine 14 Year — a cult Islay single malt back for the distillery’s 25th anniversary. Aged in bourbon barrels and French red wine casks: honeyed oats, hazelnut and warm spice giving way to orange zest, crème brûlée and a whisper of Islay sea salt.

Kentucky icon meets Hebridean legend. Pour’s are limited and we open at 5pm! First come, first served. 🛎️
