for those of you that have visited Guthrie's Butcher Shop - Somerset in the last day and were unable to get our ribs, we send our apologies! they sold out a little quicker than anticipated but they are back on the way!
we are prepping for some smoke 💨 and they will be in stock by Tuesday of next week. so mark it down and be sure to visit the butcher shop and grab yours!

🔥 💣 pulled it out at an internal temp of 170° , it’s about to get wrapped and re enter the smoke until it reaches 208° 💨

when Steve Landon hit us and said he wanted a slab of Baney’s Bangin Ribs, we basted these with our smoked maple bourbon sauce, and we put him in the smoke !! we blessed him with a slab he will never forget, and always remember! 🔥 💣
