If your buying ground beef from the grocery store in bulk and taking it home to repackage give our burger a try. You will get 85/15 burger ( no extra grease) vacuum wrapped in 1 pound packages and frozen. USDA inspected , all from one animal, grass fed/grain finished Angus beef from Meadow Creek Farm. Patties are available too. Hamburger is $5.15 per pound. 10 pounds for $5 per pound. Available at Meadow Creek Farm Market

We have openings for quarters and halves of freezer beef as early as Jan 19th. Angus Beef grass fed / grain finished processed by USDA inspected butcher, cut according to your instructions, vacuum sealed, frozen, and picked up at the farm. Requires a $200 deposit. Halves are dressing out around 350-400 pounds and quarters are 175-200 pounds. We have the following opening available

Hams ordered for Christmas will be picked up and available Wednesday after 11 and Thurs after 10 am. Closing at 3 on Friday and closed Sat Christmas Eve. Will open on Monday 11-5 hand hope to be completely restocked with beef and pork. We are so happy to have our star on top of our 70 ft silo this year as it is very special to us. Turkey Update!
We have a canceled order of a 21 pound farm raised fresh turkey. No hormones or antibiotics raised by Hidden Springs farm. Will be available until tomorrow. $3.50 per pound.
TURKEY UPDATE
We are picking up all the turkey orders on Sunday and must be picked up Monday or Tuesday before 5 pm here at Meadow Creek Farm Market. Our turkey supplier, Valley Springs Farm, has a few extra large turkeys left . 22 pounds or more. Let us know if you would like an extra large fresh pasture turkey as soon as possible. $3.50 per pound. See you next week. Happy Thanksgiving.
Thank a Veteran
Anyone who ordered a fresh turkey will be able to pick them up Monday Nov 21 after 12 noon and on Tues and Wed 12-5 pm. We are closed Thanksgiving Day but open Friday. We will be stocked with all your favorite local foods and gifts for the holidays.

Because of rumors of a turkey shortage and a high price tag for a Thanksgiving turkey we checked with Valley Springs Farm and they assured us that they will have turkeys available this year.
