You can now find my kids at our trailer 😆 After 9 shows and 1 more to go, showing solo with a young kid while my husband has to stay home to care for the rest of the herd (and kiddos!), we knew that we needed some living quarters! We are so excited to pull in to shows and camp comfortably with our girls. Already pumped for the 2027 show season 🤎

It was a beautiful and exciting day at the DGSV show in Lexington, VA this weekend! First off, it was such a great time seeing and catching up with friends, helping each other show, and the icing on the cake was watching a young girl win a reserve ribbon in her second ADGA show ❤️ We are all trying to better our breeds and this weekend showed that, so thank you all!

We brought 5 milkers, results follow by age:
Spinning Spider Calypso - 1st in class 2x
Pallet Farms Aimee’s Aurora- 2nd in class 2x
Foley’s Nevyn AF Sapphire - 1st in class 1x, 2nd in class 1x and Reserve Champion under Will Pearson 🤎
Foley’s Phelin A Raffia - 1st in class 2x
Pallet Farms Winter Solstice - 2nd in class 2x

We brought 4 Juniors, results by age (*only 10 Juniors entered, so we had to keep showing otherwise we do pull champions*)
Rowe’s Forthright Frieda - 1x 1st in class, 1x 2nd in class, 1x Grand Champion and 1x Reserve Grand Champion 🤩
Hillview Farm Time Merlin - 1x 1st in class, 1x 2nd in class, 1x Grand Champion and 1x Reserve Grand Champion 🤩
Pallet Farms Solar Eclipse - 2x 1st in class
Pallet Farms Teen Spirit - 2x 2nd in class

We are so proud to say that all of our Juniors under a year have a dry leg, including our first Hillview keeper kid, Merlin 🤎 As always, we are forever grateful for the herds that have helped us and continue to get us get started - Rowe’s, Foley’s, Evie’s, Pallet Farms, Spinning Spider/Hidden Meadows. Our herd stands on strong foundations and we are so excited for the future ❤️🐐

Midnight delivery of some pretty special goats from some of my favorite breeders. We are so grateful for these genetics and cannot wait to see what they do in our herd 🤎

Introducing:

Rowe’s Fusion Flyer (buckling) - Fusions first breeding upon returning to Rowe’s (very exciting!) on a Fiona IV x Firestorm daughter. A herd sire opportunity that I could not pass up!

Rowe’s Forthright Freida (doeling) - Forthright on a Farrah x Suede Boots doe. We love a bit of Evie’s in this pedigree and know Freida will do great things!

Foley’s Nevyn AF Sapphire (2 yo) - A Mica daughter on Nevyn (an awesome buck!). We love our Mica and are so happy to have her offspring. Sapphire is a powerful doe and does not disappoint!

A huge thank you to Wanderlust for the safe transport of these toggs. Whitney does a wonderful job and we highly recommend her! 🐐
