What a wonderful time of year! Alfalfa, horsemint, and tallow are in full bloom 😍 if things keep up, i'm hoping to start extracting at the end of the month/ early June!

Honey update: All I have left is plastic pint jars of cotton honey. Every store is currently stocked with multiple sizes. But when that sells it's going to be only pints until the wildflower harvest in late May/ early June.

Hearing y'all tell me how much you enjoy the honey (at such an affordable price) makes it all worth it.
It was a good honey harvest last year and it's been a challenge keeping everyone in stock (at such an affordable price)
Thanks to all the stores/ vendors for doing a great job selling honey (at such an affordable price)
I'm hoping this year will be another great honey production year so I can continue producing local honey for my amazing customers (at such an affordable price)

My friend Dannille's Bread now uses Rubach Bee Farms honey in some of her treats! Look for the yellow sticker on the back or bottom of the package. She does an excellent job putting just the right amount of honey, very tasty!👌

Very excited for the Boniol Farm & Ranch grand opening tomorrow! Drop by and pick up some local produce, meat, bread, and pickles! I hear he even has some high quality local honey as well 😉
