Yesterday 2 people were attacked by a feral hive living in the side of a house in Snook at the corner of 267 and 279. One person was on a skid steer and the other on the porch. I'll be permanently removing these bees this evening. I believe it was the vibration of the skid steer that set them off. Just to be safe, please avoid walking through this area for the next day or two. The fiber optic crew, police, and fire department is aware of the situation.

Ngl, honey production sucks and it sucks a little more every year. It's expensive AF to produce, heavy, sticky, hot, sweaty, time consuming, unpredictable, and not really profitable (*at these affordable prices).

At one point I decided to skip honey production this year and focus on things that make sense. But it makes you happy so I do this for you 💞

What a wonderful time of year! Alfalfa, horsemint, and tallow are in full bloom 😍 if things keep up, i'm hoping to start extracting at the end of the month/ early June!

Honey update: All I have left is plastic pint jars of cotton honey. Every store is currently stocked with multiple sizes. But when that sells it's going to be only pints until the wildflower harvest in late May/ early June.

Hearing y'all tell me how much you enjoy the honey (at such an affordable price) makes it all worth it.
It was a good honey harvest last year and it's been a challenge keeping everyone in stock (at such an affordable price)
Thanks to all the stores/ vendors for doing a great job selling honey (at such an affordable price)
I'm hoping this year will be another great honey production year so I can continue producing local honey for my amazing customers (at such an affordable price)
