If you don't know, I am a teacher's aide and we have been having STAAR testing every week. I told them I was bringing cookies next week. Well one of the teachers I work with will be gone when I bring them so he gets his tomorrow as he will be gone all week.

As great of an idea it is to do hand pies, I am going to have to say they aren't happening. I made a bunch today, what the pie filling was for, but logistics says not happening. I can at most bake 6 at a time and when doing a lot, it takes forever. Plus the labor doesn't agree with my back.

BUT... I am going to offer regular pies. I will update my menu with the flavors and prices.
