Big news from the farm! 🐮 🥩

We just received all of our 2026 beef processing appointments, which means it’s time to start locking in your freezer beef for next year.

All of these appointments are at Earlville Cold Storage Locker — truly the best butcher around. They are fully booked for the year, and we were lucky enough to secure 21 appointments.

Every year our spots sell out quicker and quicker — so if your family wants local, consistently tender beef in the freezer, now is the perfect time to reserve your spot.

A lot of folks wonder what we do with leftover pumpkins. Some go to the cattle and chickens as a treat, and the rest get plowed under to enrich the soil for next year. Around here, the pumpkins keep on giving.
