Thank you all who liked the intro video! This was a huge undertaking for me. I did 11 trees on my own! I have down tree work in the past with the hubby but was never the mastermind behind the saw. Y’all I did it. I hope that this will encourage someone to try something new today. However, I don’t recommend starting with felling trees if you don’t have someone who can help you through it. That was a lot of work!

WE DID IT! We bought an oak tree farm in Sopchoppy, Fl. Where is that you ask? It is in the panhandle of Florida or the forgotten coast as they say. It is in the Apalachicola Forest and it is a beautiful 17 acres of oak trees that is home to a few gopher turtles, turkeys, deer, and they say bear although we have not seen one yet. The neighbors tell us to just wait and keep an eye out. The farm has about 2k planted oak trees with a bunch of other stuff in the mix. The property has been left neglected for some time, therefore, we have a lot of work to do as we plan to turn it back into a self sustaining farm. Come follow us and watch this farm bloom as we turn from city slickers into Florida farmers. So far we have looked over the inventory, added two homey bee hives, one chicken, and a pe**er of a rooster.
