Happy Sunday!!! Yesterday, I received an Amazon package from an anonymous sender containing 20 O2 Frepak 2000cc moisture absorbers. This is a wonderful gift and opportunity to try out another product. The gift is greatly appreciated, and I extend my gratitude to the sender. All of our products are packaged with a food-grade silica moisture absorbent pack, but with this gift, we will be switching it up on a few upcoming batches.

If there is a chance that you may want to offer Uncle Bub’s jerky as a gift for the holidays or would like to take advantage of the holiday variety pack the sooner the notice the more efficiently I can get your order completed and ship direct to the recipient or arrange local pick up. As a piece of transparency, from acquiring the desired meats to making the final bag seal my process is roughly 3 to 4 days depending on what the batch is. Any advanced notice or preorder would be greatly appreciated. I currently have 8 individual orders in que for this weekend as well as replenishment of depleted stock. I am truly in amazement with how well my meats have been received.

Well I just picked up another beautiful slab of meat from Ogburn Station Meat Market. Tonight I’ll be slicing 15 lbs of venison and 30 lbs of beef.

Venison request are high right now and this supply will not last long. If you would like to preorder to secure your batch reach out as soon as possible.

If there are any hunters out there or you know anyone looking to sell meat from the loin, Ham or a meaty shank let me know. I am also very graciously accepting venison donations if there are any is willing to part with any. Depending on timing and proximity i would be than happy to assist in skinnig, processing, and bagged of freshly harvested meat.

I am interested in trying other varieties of wild game as well in my journey. If you know of anyone that have or can source this please reach out.

Steakhouse with Crushed Red Pepper and Black Truffle Salt - 9 ea 4oz bags.

Original - 1 ea - 4oz bags

Original - Boot Leather (so dry it could be waterproof) - 3 ea - 4oz bags.

Original with Mild Cayenne - 1 ea - 4oz bag.

A new addition to the show is the “Salty Balty”
Garlic forward marinade with the hardnose presence of Old Bay.
Anticipated Yield is 2 ea - 4oz bags

Venison is on the menu for early next . Please let me know if there are any desired flavors. The bulk of this meat will be marinated with the original blend. Spice levels can be increased until sunday. Please give as much advanced notice possible so that i can propperly portion my batches.

Big milestone here at Uncle Bubs today. We have produced over 50 bags of jerky since October 11th. Thanks to everyone that has given us a taste and for spreading the word.

Current inventory was posted earlier. On deck for Thursday the anticipated yield will be as follows:
