Listen… I didn’t name them 😂🐸

But around here, pickled Brussels sprouts are affectionately known as “frog balls” and honestly, the name has stuck.

Love ’em or hate ’em, these little guys never last long around here.

Recipe:
Brine is 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 cups water, 2 cups white vinegar, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup salt.
Spices are crushed red pepper flakes, dill, black peppercorns, minced garlic.
Put straight in the fridge or waterbath for 10 mins to make shelf stable.
