Rolling Blue Acres We are a small-scale farm run with the mission of providing delicious foods direct to consumer. www.rollingblueacres.com The farm is operated by Rachel Pieschek.

We are most known for our dehydrated apple chips, but also produce other dried snack fruits, maple syrup, eggs, beef and produce. Our farm mission is to shorten the food supply chain by reconnecting consumers to our locally grown, delicious and nutritious food. Rachel developed her apple chips while living in SE Michigan. Now she is living in South Boardman and restoring her own small orchard.

Our herb garden in front of the market shed is up and running 7 am - 7 pm.
Currently available: Basil, Tarragon, Sage, Lemon Thyme, Thyme, Pineapple Mint, Chocolate Mint, Rosemary, Chives, Marjoram, Parsley, Cilantro, and Oregano.
