Our new boy, Aladdin, is settling in nicely with his ladies! Isn’t he handsome?!

Our new breed is the Silverudd Blue! The eggs produced by these chickens are a green speckled egg, and we can’t wait! The hens themselves can be a variation or black, gray, or splash. After a lot of searching, we finally found a local breeder.

The rest of the incubator is filled with Ermine and Olive Egger eggs. How exciting!

We are putting eggs in the incubator again! Can you guess what breed we were able to track down to add to our program? We are so excited!!

Mr. Maui is looking for a new flock of ladies to call his own. He is a Black Copper Marans rooster and does his job well. He has never been aggressive to any adults or children! Please let me know if you’d like to add him to your flock :)

Ethel, our employee of the month for March, let you know we have had a change of plans. Emmie’s cousin is in town, and she has decided she’d better just enjoy her time with her this weekend.
