Barn is and has been open! I’ve been a little sidetracked with work and pigs! No… I haven’t picked the one’s out for Mad Co Kickoff… I’m currently working on that! Hit Dave Vallery or myself up… he knows how to pick ‘em and loves to show pigs 😂😂

Also, once you get your Premise ID, you’ll need to order your own 840 tags. These tags are linked to your farm/ home. You will not be able to get these from your breeder! There are many places to buy them… here is one example.

We posted in December that ALL pigs (belonging to out of state and in state exhibitors) that will be exhibiting, whether running for points or just showing for the weekend, on the 2023 OHPIGS Circuit will be required to have 840 tags. The tags will be connected to the exhibitor’s premise ID and help to prove ownership of breeding and market animals to comply with Ohio Department of Agriculture and 4-H Guidelines.

Champion Berkshire Breeding Gilt!
Bred by us! “Sue” is sired by Uncut @ Crossroads Genetics!
She was also Champion Bred & Owned Berkshire Gilt at the NJSA Eastern Regionals in NY!

The dam “Clara” is a Bulletproof x GoldDigger.
Clara also had a first in Class at Perry in 2021 and Reserve Champion Bred in owned there as well.
She was one that we almost shipped because she’s nothing fancy- But her last two litters proved we made the right decision by keeping her! Clara is bred to Jett Black @ PBG.
