Hey everyone! I hope you're enjoying a great summer here in Southwest Michigan. I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted — I’ve been dealing with ongoing health issues and have decided to take the summer off from making pasties.

I did want to clear something up: A friend recently asked if I was selling pasties at the South Haven Farmers Market. He’d heard from several people that I was there on Wednesdays. Just to clarify — I am not selling pasties at the South Haven market or any other market. The only place I sell my pasties is right here on this page and on my Instagram. All orders are taken online only.

With a little luck, I’m hoping to fire the oven back up and start baking again in September. Until then, have a wonderful summer, and I’ll talk to you soon!

Hey everyone! I’m thrilled to share that I passed my state health inspection with zero violations! This is a huge accomplishment, and I’m incredibly proud.

I’ve been super busy these past few weeks, making things happen behind the scenes, so I haven’t been as active here—but I appreciate your support!
