Mini Meatballs & Peas Soup
We combine chicken stock & Chef Antonio’s tomato sauce for the base of this wonderful soup.
Then we simmer mini meatballs & peas till all flavors mingle. Jasmine rice is added & sprinkled with parmigiana cheese. Served with garlic focaccia.

Bang Bang Chicken Wings
We use our homegrown & house made Sweet & Spicy Pepper relish to create this mayo base sauce. Chicken wings are fried then coated with our Bang Bang sauce. Served with celery & carrots. Topped with scallions & sesame seeds.

Twin Jumbo Soft Shell Crabs & Gnocchi
We seasoned & lightly flour two soft shell crabs. Then they’re sautéed in butter & Spicy Chili Crisp. Finished with egg whites. Served over zucchini & potato gnocchi. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

Fried Soft Shell Crab Sandwich
They are busting! Dredged in spiced flour, coated with herbed Panko & deep-fried. Served on a Portuguese roll with Lettuce, Tomato & Tartar sauce with fries & house-made pickle.
Add some cheese or bacon to really kick it up.

Alligator Fritters
Alligator, Corn, Cowboy Candy & Onion are mixed in batter & Deep-Fried. Served with Remoulade Sauce.
Gumbo du Monde
This delicious stew starts with a DARK roux and is slow cooked with the Trinity(bell pepper, onions & celery), okra, chicken, tasso, andouille sausage, shrimp, crawfish & crab. It is a Creole staple & it is served over rice.
Available as either a Starter or an Entree.
Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
This is a wonderful combination of Chicken, Andouille Sausage, tomatoes & “The Trinity” all cooked with Jasmine rice for a flavor experience that is unrivaled. Add Shrimp $9
Red Beans & Rice
The quintessential New Orleans dish! Red beans, The Trinity(bell pepper, onions & celery), tasso ham, smoked ham hock & andouille sausage are cooked for hours over low heat until a creamy gravy is produced. It is served over rice.
Crawfish Étouffée
Étouffée means “smothered” and that is just what this dish is. Crawfish tails smothered in deep flavors from vegetables & spices. It is served over rice.
Bayou Smothered Catfish
Catfish filet is breaded, deep fried & presented on Jasmine rice smothered with crawfish étouffée.
Cornbread with Character
Cindy’s Famous Recipe! It has a hint of sweetness from honey, a touch of heat from Jalapenos & some richness from Cheddar.
