Bavarian Kohlrabi Soup
We use locally grown Kohlrabi which is a mild, slightly sweet cross between a broccoli stem and a crisp cabbage heart, with a light peppery kick similar to a very gentle radish or turnip. First we shred the kohlrabi then sauté crumbled Bratwurst with garlic, cabbage, plum tomatoes, carrots & potatoes. Then add horseradish & cream. Served with garlic focaccia.

Deep Fried Cheese Curds
Wisconsin squeaky cheese curds are coated with b**r batter and fried golden. Served with Chipotle Ranch dipping sauce.

Hot Italian Sausage & Peppers Sandwich
House-made Hot Italian Pork Sausage featuring Fennel, Anise & Hot Calabrian Peppers is grilled and served on a long roll with Peppers from The Big Cheese’s Magic Garden, onions & Chef Antonio’s Tomato Sauce (Also available in jars Togo). With a side of fries & house made pickle.

Jersey Fresh BLT Sandwich
Locally grown beefsteak tomatoes are sliced thick, well seasoned with salt and pepper. Then Toasted potato bread is layered with romaine lettuce, crisp bacon & mayo. Served with waffle fries & house made pickle.

We use locally grown banana & jalapeno peppers with chunks of fresh pineapple, apple c***r vinegar, turmeric & brown suger to create the Cowgirl Candy. Chicken wings are fried crispy then tossed in a puréed sauce. Topped with more whole Cowgirl Candy. Served with carrots & celery

It’s a CHEF’S KISS kinda soup special!

Italian Sausage and Zucchini Soup
We roasted locally grown plum tomatoes with fresh thyme & garlic. Then we sauté crumbled Italian sauce, garden fresh zucchini, onions & potatoes. House made chicken stock & the roasted tomatoes are added back together. Slow simmered till a wonderful balance of flavors develops. Served with garlic focaccia.

Mini Meatballs & Peas Soup
We combine chicken stock & Chef Antonio’s tomato sauce for the base of this wonderful soup.
Then we simmer mini meatballs & peas till all flavors mingle. Jasmine rice is added & sprinkled with parmigiana cheese. Served with garlic focaccia.

Bang Bang Chicken Wings
We use our homegrown & house made Sweet & Spicy Pepper relish to create this mayo base sauce. Chicken wings are fried then coated with our Bang Bang sauce. Served with celery & carrots. Topped with scallions & sesame seeds.

Twin Jumbo Soft Shell Crabs & Gnocchi
We seasoned & lightly flour two soft shell crabs. Then they’re sautéed in butter & Spicy Chili Crisp. Finished with egg whites. Served over zucchini & potato gnocchi. Topped with Parmesan cheese.

Fried Soft Shell Crab Sandwich
They are busting! Dredged in spiced flour, coated with herbed Panko & deep-fried. Served on a Portuguese roll with Lettuce, Tomato & Tartar sauce with fries & house-made pickle.
Add some cheese or bacon to really kick it up.
