We need to brag on our crews. This week our kill floor crew has broken a couple records for us. Yesterday (Monday) they slaughtered 21 hogs, 8 beef and 9 lambs between 7am-1:15pm with a 30 minute break. Today they slaughtered 20 beef, which isn’t a record but 17,792 # of hanging weight which is! All before 7am-1pm/30 min break. All of this done under the watchful eye of USDA inspection.
