Turkey-Frying Research Trip: Louisiana Edition

Sometimes the best way to improve your craft is to learn from the best.

This week, we traveled to Louisiana to check out some of the legendary turkey-frying operations that have made waves online. One stop that absolutely stood out was Fishermans Cove Seafood in Kenner, LA.

A huge thank you to Rene and the team for the hospitality and for allowing us to see their operation firsthand. It was an incredible experience watching their process, learning from their expertise, and seeing the passion that goes into what they do every day.

And while we came to see the fryers, we have to mention the food. If you’re ever in the New Orleans area, the charbroiled oysters are a must-try. Absolutely amazing.

We’re bringing back new ideas, inspiration, and a renewed commitment to delivering the best possible products to our customers this Thanksgiving season.
