Angela and I really like pho. (By the way, did you know it's pronounced "fuh?") Our two favorite places for pho are Pho Ethan in Meriden, and more recently, Pho & Grill in Cromwell.
To be fair, we don't even know if Pho Ethan is still there. I don't even remember the last time we were there, and I feel like ownership may have changed once or twice since we've started going there.
Angela has been wanting pho for a while now and we finally went out for it last night. As usual, we were not disappointed. 😊
Angela regularly orders a Thai iced tea but I usually switch up the beverage. I ordered a blueberry fruit tea with white pearls. Yum. What you don't see is that we ordered spring rolls as an appetizer. I think they were brisket.
Neither of us are very good with chopsticks but we did not let that deter us! They definitely have more on their menu than pho and spring rolls but we've never ordered anything else! Plus, we always split the order so we're not even ordering different things to have the other person try.
