Today we officially registered for Kora Kare for Kids and the famous Rib Auction hosted by Humphrey's BBQ both benefiting the Shriner’s Hospitals!

Last but not least. Prepping some couldn’t get fresher spare ribs from Southington Meat Company! Their products are superior and have been on our pit all weekend. These are seasoned with Meat Church BBQ Holy Voo Doo. We will be firing up the little smokey joe for burgers as well!

We had the Humphrey's BBQ Pint busy so far. Three Briskets,six Boston Butts, and 8 rack of St. Louis. We made Smoked Mac and Cheese, cornbread, coleslaw, and cornbread casserole… four more racks of ribs to go before the weekend is over.
