Had a great day yesterday showing in Anniston. This is Boomerang, one of the 2 naked neck girls I sold as chicks then bought back. Named because she came back to me. In 1st show my red pyles didn’t go any further than variety but in the 2nd show this baby made me so proud by winning Best NSV out of 18 NSV’s shown. Also pictured are her bearded nn brother that I kept and Merida a frizzle hen. Merida is still coming back from molt so still not looking her best. I just wanted red pyles entered. I didn’t realize until the day before the show that there were others entered.
Once we get thru taking care of the birds later I’ll answer messages from this weekend either, tonight or first thing in the morning.

I let this girl go when she was a chick then had the opportunity to get her back and I absolutely love her. I’d like her better if she was bearded though. Barely 6 months old.

I can take an order for a dozen black silkie eggs for next week. That’s all that’s laying enough at the time. As soon as the other pens start laying better I’ll get started shipping my hens choice orders. My red pyles aren’t laying enough to ship orders of all red pyle but hopefully soon.

We have 8-10 more blue and black and 2 red pyle silkie juveniles, 3 red pyle silkie cockerels, 2 naked neck red pyle, a black cockerel, and maybe another blue available.
