Something NEW is coming to the farm this summer ☀️

We’re so excited to announce cozy little Tuesday mornings at Kallo Farms made just for curious kids ages 4–8 🤍

🐓 chickens & baby chicks
🐐 goats
🐶 our Livestock Guardian farm dogs
🥚 egg collecting & simple farm lessons
🎨 hands-on crafts & sensory fun
📚 story time
🫧 bubbles & free play
🌼 slow summer mornings outdoors

Classes will be intentionally small, relaxed and about an hour long — the perfect mix of farm fun, creativity, nature and imagination 🌾

🗓 Tuesdays at 11:00 AM - Coming this Summer

📚🐾 “Remmy’s Great Surprise” Local Author Storytime - A sweet little local event for all the dog-loving kiddos & families 🤍

Our wonderful longtime librarian from Mohawk Ave School will be hosting a special story time at the library featuring her heartwarming children’s book, Remmy’s Great Surprise 🐶✨

The story follows Remmy, a retired racing greyhound dreaming of a cozy new life off the racetrack… with a sweet message about rescue dogs and pet adoption woven throughout. Honestly sounds like the perfect feel-good Saturday morning outing for little ones.

• Saturday, June 6th — 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sunday, June 7th — 3:00 PM–5:00 PM

📅 Session 2 Return Dates:

Today was a good one 💫🤍✨️

💕The PTO at Fredon School invited us in to cater lunch for the entire staff today, and honestly… everyone was just so kind, welcoming, and appreciative from start to finish.

Tom and I spent the day in the truck feeding teachers & staff who do so much for their students every single day, and we were genuinely so grateful to be there.

It’s always special getting to be part of community events like this — good people, good energy, and lots of great food going out the window 🙌

A huge thank you to the Fredon PTO for having us and for taking such good care of your staff today. We had a great time 🤍✨️💫

Some things just feel like home 🤍

Anna (5) and Salt (13) — growing up side by side on this farm.
One still little, one slowing down a bit… but somehow they meet right in the middle.

Salt has been here through it all — steady, loyal, and quietly watching over everything (and everyone). And Anna… she’s growing up with that kind of love, and I don’t take that for granted for a second.

This is the good stuff. The slow moments. The ones that matter most 🐾✨

Fluffy, peeping, and cuter than you can handle 😭
