Steak on a sandwich

Prime Rib Sandwich, pit smoked med rare prime rib dipped in b**r jus with creamy horseradish sauce on .guy French roll with b**r jus for dunking or dousing. It’s as glorious as it appears.

Part of my job is taking pictures of our food and b**r. Which means I’m often left with edible and drinkable props.
