We've secured a substantial grill for our food truck, a major milestone, and had a successful inaugural run last night, smoking 8 pork butts to perfection and propelling us forward in our journey. Happy Father's Day!

We have completed quite a few steps. We got the trailer home today and hooked up to be cleaned and set up for inspection.

Thank you to everyone that showed up and supported us this weekend in the Hub City Hig Fest! J was able to get out there and interact with the customers Saturday. He had so much positive feedback and many people came back multiple times for samples. We gained new followers, gave out all of his business cards and made a lot of new friends. We truly appreciate all of the support. Cooking is J's passion and this was the push he needed to keep moving toward his dreams. We appreciate you. Thanks again. Now time to get that food truck!
