I love this new breed we hatched out in the farm. They eat half what other breeds eat, are cold and heat hardy but only do well free ranging (they will once they're a bit older). They're also forever layers. Can't wait to see them grow up!

I love my hens, they're fierce mommas with their chicks. They will grab a snake up, a mouse, lizards, anything big enough to fit in their little beaks, you name it and swallow it. Absolutely can see how they are descendants of dinosaurs.
