Cod fish in Brazil it is a traditional option for Easter Celebration. Usually we have "bacalhoada" Friday since during that time, red meat its not allowed. Out cod fish (called bacalhau) its dried and of course salty, and to make any dishes with it we have to boil a few times.

In US and Portugal, the cod fish it is completely fresh and for us, Brazilian, doesn't remember the taste that we are used to.

For that dish I seasoned the cod with butter, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and parsley. The asparagus and tomatoI fried with butter.
