Cod fish in Brazil it is a traditional option for Easter Celebration. Usually we have "bacalhoada" Friday since during that time, red meat its not allowed. Out cod fish (called bacalhau) its dried and of course salty, and to make any dishes with it we have to boil a few times.

In US and Portugal, the cod fish it is completely fresh and for us, Brazilian, doesn't remember the taste that we are used to.

For that dish I seasoned the cod with butter, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and parsley. The asparagus and tomatoI fried with butter.

For that dish I made mushed potato with white wine and Dijon mustard.
The beef has mushrooms and brie.
A 🥦 because its health and delicious.

Ok ok, we know the chicken coxinha is the most traditional appetizer from Brazil BUT we love to create experience and make what is good already be AWESOME.

Thinking that, we decided to try shrimp coxinha. 😋!

But we also thought about the veggie people AND we creat the heart palm and 🥦 coxinha.

Come to try this delicious appetizer at Sunday 27 all long day.

Passion fruit it a typical fruit in Brazil.
We love to make a juice, mousse or use as a salsa to some foods.

The passion fruit sauce it is made with the real fruit, sugar, salt, pepper and white wine. Put on top of salmon and be delighted.
#
Unfortunately we do not have the fruit here. To made this one I used a can that friend brought to me from New Zealand.

The Brazilian doesn't live only from Brazilian food.

Today I was craving Japanese food. For that recipe: on the platter I placed Japanese rice, cream cheese, avocado, half salmon, half tuna. I added the green onions, sesame and crispy onion.

It was delicious 🍣🍱
