We are thrilled to announce that Chef Chad White is kicking off this year with an incredible expansion to our seafood and ceviche menu. Get ready to embark on a flavor vacation at Zona Blanca, where you can indulge in unique and tantalizing flavors that will take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey.

This year CW will be changing the menu often. This creative creature will be telling stories through unusual flavors, textures and techniques he continues to discover.
