Spokane, we need your help.

Another break-in happened at Sporks in the Skywalk.

This one’s on video. Someone forced their way in, damaged our door, and stole from us. We’re sharing the footage because this isn’t just about us… it’s about what’s happening in spaces that are trying to come back to life.

We chose to be here on purpose.

We believe in the Skywalk. We believe in downtown Spokane. We believe in building something that serves people, creates jobs, and brings energy back into this city.

But here’s the reality…small businesses take all the risk.

We show up early. We stay late. We pay rent. We invest in our teams. We build something for the community. And moments like this remind us how vulnerable that really is.

We’re not posting this to scare anyone.

We’re posting this because we care about Spokane and we want to be part of the solution.

If you recognize this individual from the video, please message us directly. We’re working with the and adding all information to our report.

To our city leaders… we’re asking for clarity, consistency, and enforcement in the places where businesses and people are trying to gather and rebuild community.

Because when small businesses thrive, the city thrives. Where people gather community grows.

We’re not going anywhere.

We’re here to serve.  
We’re here to build.  
And we’re here because we believe Spokane is worth it.

This morning we arrived to find our refrigerators and freezers had lost power overnight due to an electrical malfunction...

This morning we arrived to find our refrigerators and freezers had lost power overnight due to an electrical malfunction in our building. Unfortunately, that meant we had to discard all stored ingredients to ensure food safety.

This is a tough hit for a small, scratch-made operation like ours, but doing the right thing for our guests always comes first.

We’re actively working on repairs and restocking and will be back up and running as soon as possible. We’ll share daily updates and, yes, good news is coming.

In the meantime, our biscuits are still being served at , and we’d love to take care of you there.
