🥭☀️ The wait is over... our Peach Mango Habanero Salsa is BACK for the summer!

This salsa disappears every year faster than the free samples at the farmers market, and then we spend the next 10 months answering the same question:

“When is the Peach Mango coming back? Well... it’s back.

Made with juicy peaches, ripe mangoes, and packed with fresh summer flavor, this is the salsa that turns “I’ll just try a sample” into “I’ll take a jar.”

Meet Pancho.

Our little jar of living sourdough tortilla starter. The heartbeat behind the flavor, the bubbles, and the homemade magic.

“Pan” means bread in Spanish, so Pancho felt like the perfect name. A little nod to tradition, family kitchens, and the kind of food that brings people to the table faster than free samples at a farmers market. Humanity really did peak when it figured out flour + water + time = happiness.

Pancho gets fed, rested, and cared for like part of the family… because honestly, at this point he probably contributes more to society than some CEOs. Every batch carries a little patience, a little culture, and a whole lot of love. From starter to tortilla, this is homemade the slow way. The good way.

Come out to the Fredericksburg, VA Farmers Market, Spotsylvania Farmers Market and the Long Family Farmers Market this weekend and pick up your pack before someone “just grabs one pack” and leaves with your order too.

🌮🔥 Cinco de Mayo just got dangerous… Because basic tacos had their chance!

Tonight’s dinner special is stacked with crispy pork belly tacos served on our freshly made homemade tortillas, topped with crunchy cabbage slaw, creamy sliced avocado, and paired with authentic Mexican white rice. Then we finish it all off with our sweet-and-spicy pineapple chili salsa that brings the perfect kick. 🍍🌶️

Fresh tortillas. Bold salsa. Crispy pork belly. This is the kind of meal that makes people suddenly “just want one bite” and then somehow your whole plate disappears. Tragic. Entirely preventable if you guard your tacos properly.

First time this year…we’re pulling up to the Spotsylvania Farmers Market midweek Wednesday market! 🌮🌶️

We will be here today from 2-6 PM and yes, we’re bringing the good stuff:

Fresh made small and large flour tortillas

And of course…your favorite salsas!
