Two of my favorite things are cooking and singing; at my house both happen to take place in my favorite room, the kitchen! The very best evenings in my memory have included all of the above. It fun for me to encourage others to find their passion and live out their dreams. This page is my way to open up about what I love which I hope helps others do the same about their interests. I don't claim to
be particularly good at anything I do; I just love doing it and try to create things that I like. Throughout my life, I have experimented with all kinds of foods. Lately I have focused my energies to learn about preparing foods that are friendly for people with allergies (dairy free, meat free and gluten free) so you'll see a lot of recipes here with this focus. Don't hesitate to ask me any questions about cooking or baking...I have made a lot of mistakes so I can probably help you avoid a few. :)
I am very much a newbie when it comes to singing in front of other people (I just recently sang karaoke for the first time in my life!) so I probably won't be much help for any vocal technical questions, but if encouragement is needed, I can certainly help with that. I think anyone can sing - it can be learned!
