We are very exited to cater for our good friends, Ray and Angela Galluzzo, owners of Your Confection Connection. They've ordered and outstanding menu: Baked ziti, Swedish Meatballs, hamburger and BBQ pork sliders, sausage and peppers, Caprese Salad, and slaw potato salad. Their products are to die for, and we look forward to seeing you there!

We are pleased to be catering Hoedown for the Hungry, PHP's annual fundraiser, on Saturday October 3. Pick up meals at the PHP drive-thru. Menu is choice of Beef Tenderloin, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Stuffed with Deviled Crab, Chicken Cordon Bleu, or Eggplant Parmesan. Please click on the link below, and help us defeat hunger in Hernando. With Company Mascot Bud, soaking up some cooking shows. When folks ask us the best show to watch, we recommend Ina Garten's Barefoot Contessa. She best presents recipes that are both upscale and easy to prepare.

Remembering those this weekend who didn't make the flight home. Pictured here is a WWII pilot whom I was honored to meet while catering a Hospice event, who's no long with us. He was 90+ years old, and a relentless Hospice volunteer.

Homemade Ginger Ale syrup here, just add club soda. Know all those chemicals and artificial flavors you see in store bought soda? Our Ginger Ale has three ingredients: fresh lime juice, fresh ginger root, and sugar. We also make orange and lemon-lime flavors.
