Late-night kitchen creation: The Rama-Rito!

Spicy ramen, imitation crab, mini wontons, cheese, nori, and homemade pickled red onions — wrapped in rice paper, coated in Dorito dust, and fried crispy.

Drizzled with Kewpie mayo, Buldak hot sauce, and my Homemade Dipping Sauce. sooo yum!

Thinking about doing limited orders one weekend just for fun.
