I was born and raised in Central California. As a kid, I didnt learn what brisket was. When it came to beef BBQ, I only knew carne asada and TRI-TIP. The only pork I knew was Carnitas. Whether in tacos or pozole.

When I moved to Arkansas 18 years ago, I learned quickly that people are very serious about BBQ here. Pork and ribs and chicken and brisket.

People that know me personally know that when I say BBQ I am most likely referring to TRI-TIP.

I am looking forward to sharing this experience with everyone 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♂️
