After a lot of thought, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Bolivian Bites.

When we started this journey, our goal was simple: share a little piece of Bolivia with Northwest Arkansas. Thanks to all of you, what started as an idea became something much bigger than we ever imagined. We’ve loved introducing people to salteñas, meeting so many wonderful customers, and feeling the support of this community every step of the way.

Unfortunately, balancing Bolivian Bites alongside our full-time jobs has become increasingly difficult. While we’ve been able to keep things going, we’ve reached a point where we can’t give the business the time and attention it deserves.

We want to thank every single person who bought a salteña, shared our posts, recommended us to friends, or simply cheered us on. Your support has meant the world to us.

We don’t see this as a forever goodbye. We hope that someday, when life allows a little more time, we can bring Bolivian Bites back and continue sharing Bolivian food with all of you.

Our final sale will be at Six Arrows Farmers Market on June 27th 8am-1pm (2393 N Center St, Elkins AR 72701). We’d love to see you there one last time.

Our first farmers market was a success and we couldn’t be more grateful!! 🤍🤍 Thank you to everyone who stopped by and supported us. Meeting so many new faces and sharing a taste of Bolivia with our community was incredibly special.

Saturday is market day and we are feeling extra grateful for this sweet little community that keeps showing up week after week 💛

This farmers market season has already been filled with so many good mornings, familiar faces, laughter between vendor booths, kids dancing to music, coffee in hand conversations, and bags filled with local goodies. There is just something special about slow Saturday mornings at the market.

We want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the season so far — whether you’ve shopped with us every week, shared our posts, brought a friend along, grabbed a sweet treat for the road, or simply stopped by to say hello. Supporting small businesses truly matters and we never take it for granted.

Saturday's market is shaping up to be another fun one with wonderful vendors, handmade goods, fresh treats, and live music starting at 11AM. Rain or shine, we’ll be there ready for a good day.

So grab your people, text your friends, bring the kiddos, and come spend your Saturday morning with us. Wander the booths, sip your coffee a little slower, listen to live music, and stock up on your favorite goodies before they sell out .

Located in Springdale, Arkansas, they specialize in Authentic Bolivian cuisine, lovingly crafted in the form of salteñas—savory, flavor-filled pastries that bring a taste of tradition in every bite. You can purchase them fresh or frozen at the market.

They will be at the market part time starting at the end of May.

They bring something truly special to the market—a chance to try something new while connecting through food that’s rooted in heritage and heart. This is pique macho! One of Bolivia’s most iconic dishes, made to be shared with friends and family ❤️

A loaded plate of crispy potatoes topped with juicy beef, chorizo, eggs, fresh tomatoes, jalapeños (normally locoto which is a Bolivian pepper), and drizzled with mayo + ketchup…

…and the best part is the flavorful juice soaking into everything 🔥
