Ziggy & Oakley. 💕

The Parker Hill community has had heavy hearts this past week, after the passing of two amazing human beings and members of this close knit community: Betsy Eldredge and Denis Rydjeski.

In 2014, we moved cross-country from California, to the beautiful property on Parker Hill that we call home. We were blessed to have Denis and Betsy as our next door neighbors. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Betsy shared her passion for gardening with me and gifted me day-lillies and raspberry canes from her garden. She also invited me over to pick berries and shared the thickest asparagus I ever saw! My most treasured gift from her is a watercolor painting of our home, done by her late father as he sat in his studio and looked across the street one winter day many years ago.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to Denis & Betsy’s family and friends. We hope you take solace in the memories of time shared with them, and in the memories of their generosity and love towards others.

Parker Hill Farm has a new addition to the fam! Meet Oakley. Oakley’s a 5 yr old Bernedoodle, just retired from a breeder program ’s Doodles. Now Ziggy has a buddy again.

Welcome Oakley! You have already stolen our hearts.

Who says you can’t mow the lawn in a dress?!

Many of you had the pleasure of meeting our Mhairi. She loved hanging out with our glampers, especially when they were cooking their Wagyu steaks. She was truly one of a kind, brought smiles to many faces and will be sorely missed. RIP sweet girl. 💔
