After a great round with Challah bread, I found that the recipe was a bit dry, and I was displeased with the product.

As someone who believes that whatever we consume should give us life... the white flour also fell short as it reduces gut health & creates inflammation.

So, back to the drawing board!

I adore baking, and have heard that almost anything can be made with sourdough!

And, GUESS WHAT?!??
I'M EXPERIMENTING!!!

This is a , friendly, carrot cake!
It has carrots, pineapple, almonds, h**p hearts, chia seed & flax seed.
Cinnamon & Nutmeg to lower blood sugar,
Cloves to aid with immune system to combat fungus
Ginger to aid in digestion and remove inflammation!
Sweetened with a little brown sugar for flavor, and stevia, which helps promote good gut bacteria.

A 4-tiered powerhouse cake sure to pleasure the senses!!
