GRACIAS TODOS! THANK YOU ALL💛🦜

From the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone who came out and supported El Pajaro Loco during our soft opening. Weather you stopped by to grab food shared my post, told your friends and family, or simply showed me love, I appreciate every single one of you ❤️

This was the first step to success, and we learned so much from it. There is much room for improvement, and that’s exactly what we plan to do. From here, we only get better. I’m listening and learning , and working hard to give you the best food, service, and experience you deserve.

There’s a saying that means a lot to me.
“Roma no se construyó en un día.”
Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Great things take time, patience, dedication, and consistency. The soft opening was only the beginning of what I hope will become something special🙏

Con todo mi corazón, gracias a todos que nos acompañaron y apoyaron hoy. Gracias por su paciencia y por darnos la oportunidad de serviles.
