Our Chef comes from an extensive line of work and can be seen as a “Jack of All Trades”.
Chef started his career with Turasky’s Catering and Tony Turasky. Having been shown how to successfully run and operate a catering business he was elevated to Operations/Catering Manager by 20y/o.
In this time Chef also studied into his second passion, Music. Chef is a Classically Trained Tenor with Conducting under his belt as well. From working with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra to be hired out of state to Music Direct.
In the following Chef returned back to Springfield where he began a take at the Short Order and Fine Dining systems. Having been Kitchen and Catering Manager of the infamous Dublin Pub to the Sous Chef at Augies Front Burner Downtown Under Chef Augie.
In the last 4+ years our Chef has seen paralysis and that was his urge to start ZND with his good friend, Chef Nick Dodson. In that time he has done weddings, fundraisers, private parties, served several politicians drop off meals for their staffs, worked as a private chef, and consulted several local catering businesses.
